	This shows the HORNET discharging into a disposable insulation bag. When the bag is full, it is disposed of along with it’s contents. The bag will hold 500-600 lbs. of insulation

	This shows the HORNET discharging into a reusable filter bag. The bag must be cleaned when it becomes so dirty that it reduces or restricts the vacuum. It makes no difference weather it lays on the ground or stands upright,it will perform the same and will be just as difficult to clean. To thoroughly clean the bag, it must be removed, turned inside out, and the dust shaken from it. As you can imagine, this is a dirty job, and can’t be done just anywhere That’s why we invented the HORNET’S NEST, shown below.

	This shows the HORNET discharging into the HORNET’S NEST. which has 13 cubic feet of dust arrestor under four filter bags with 144 Sq. feet of filter area. This is more filter area than the single bag above which has only 85 sq. feet of filter area. After the fan motor is shut down the white bags, which are standing now, will collapse. We are then able to effectively and thoroughly shake the dust and debris from the bags into the dust collecting chamber below (The HORNET’S NEST), We may at this time elect to remove the three wing nuts on the dump door and stand the NEST on end, dumping the debris from it. The person doing the cleaning of the filter bags and NEST has done so without becoming contaminated or dirty, thus allowing them to return to their normal duty’s.

	This shows the HORNET’S NEST being moved on it’s mounted hand truck. After the bags and NEST are cleaned, the bags are placed in the NEST bag mount holes. The clean out door, that is held in place by three wing nuts is shown at the bottom of the NEST. The HORNET’S NEST can be cleaned almost anywhere. The debris could be dumped on to a sheet of plastic, from the NEST and placed in a trash bin. This is the Easiest, Fastest, Cleanest, and Simplest method of collecting and disposing of the debris.
