DELUXE MODELS HPV-13E AND HPV-13EL
1. Fan - 12 blade, 41" closed face, 14" eye, for more C.F.M., and higher static pressure at a lower engine and fan R.P.M., which equals more vacuum and longer life for the drive train and Power-Vac.
2. Replaceable stainless steel ware liner on the fan housing scroll, for longer life.
3. 4 cu. yd. dust collecting chamber and 12 filter bags (468 sq. ft. of filter area.)
4. Maximum CFM, at the 180#-200# operating range from the Quincy 325M air-compressor is obtained through proper gearing. About 35% more than some others. The oil pressure gauge is in the side compartment, as well as access to the air filter and oil dip stick of the air compressor. The air receiver condensate drain is handy and dependable.
5. Compartment and side enclosure doors are made of Electro Galvanized steel. The large back enclosure door is made of .060 Aluminum and is hung on cam rollers for smooth operation. All doors have Stainless locks w/matching keys. Drip rails are over all doors.
6. Compartment dimensions are; Rear 13" X 22" X 79" - 2 side 26" X 26" X 19 ".
7. HPV-13EL only, behind the cab steel storage cabinet, 23" X 48"X 79" with doors & locks ea. side.
8. Metal intake elbow is round, & swivels any angle right or left, for better vacuum & longer life.
9. Roll up storage for the neoprene tarp that covers the bags in transit or storage.
10. Non-slip rubber inlay is on the Power-Vac mounting steps.
11. Tail and back-up lights are flush with the skirts for looks & protection.
12. Steel wheel wells on all models.
13. 10 ga. heavy duty bumper. (trailer towing bumper optional)
14. Simple and unique tip up ladder rack.
15. MICRO-locking throttle for smooth and easy R.P.M. setting.
16. Belt tension setting on the industrial drive is simple and easy to adjust.
17. Most parts are interchangeable with look-a-like Power-Vacs.
18. The bottom of the Power-Vac is seam-sealed with under-coating and painted. Seams around all of the doors etc. are seam-sealed before painting to repel water and rust.
19. Considerable attention is given to detail, which greatly extends the Power-Vac's life and enhances it's appearance.
20. The pipe and hose package is engineered (for residential and commercial applications) to minimize vacuum loss from faulty connections that consume extra energy and can reduce C.F.M. by as much as 75%.
